Sabiá - Urbic

The Sabiá project consists on a single tower, with units ranging from 30m² to 87m², totaling 54 apartments. The electrical demand for the administrative areas was 191.75 kVA, and for the apartments, it reached 133.38 kVA, leading to a total demand of 325.13 kVA. The electrical supply to the units was provided through a busbar system (BW). I was responsible for working on the feeders for the terminal panels and the systems of the tower. The project was developed in 3D using Revit, implementing BIM methodology throughout.
