Terrah - MPD

The Terrah MPD project involved a 30-story tower comprising 75 units, with sizes ranging from 238m² to 530m², and a total administrative area of 10,000m², contributing to a combined area of 29,986m². The estimated demand for the administrative area was 270 kVA, and for the apartments, it reached 612 kVA, resulting in a total demand of 882 kVA. The electrical supply to the units was provided through a busbar system (BW). I was responsible for all stages of the low-voltage electrical design. The project was developed in 3D using Revit, implementing BIM processes throughout.
