Roya Perdizes - MPD

The Roya Perdizes project involved the development of two residential towers, comprising a total of 135 units. The apartment sizes ranged from 21m² to 195m², with a total administrative area of 10,330m², contributing to a combined area of 22,150m². The estimated demand for the administrative area was 179.6 kVA, while the demand for the apartments reached 268.12 kVA, resulting in a total demand of 447.72 kVA. The electrical supply to the units was provided through a combination of cables and a busbar system (BW).
I worked in all stages of the low-voltage electrical design. The project was developed in 3D using Revit, implementing BIM processes throughout.
