Residencial Intento - Bild

The Res. Intento project features a single tower with 19 floors and a total of 76 units, with areas ranging from 90m² to 120m². The estimated demand for the apartments was 288 kVA, while the demand for the administrative area reached 252 kVA, resulting in a total demand of 540 kVA. The electrical supply to the units was provided through cables. I was involved in all stages of the low-voltage electrical design. The project was developed in 3D using Revit, implementing BIM methodology throughout.
