Florá - MPD

The Florá MPD project consisted in a 38-story residential tower of 38 floors with a mix of simplex, duplex, and triplex apartments. It featured 45 units, with sizes ranging from 417m² to 720m², and a total administrative area of 20,000m², contributing to a combined area of 41,233m². The estimated demand for the administrative area was 308 kVA, and for the apartments, it reached 1,234 kVA, resulting in a total demand of 1,542 kVA. The electrical supply to the units was provided via cables.
I worked in all stages of the low-voltage electrical design. The project was developed in 3D using Revit, with the implementation of BIM processes throughout.
